The Industrial and Office Real Estate Brokers Association of the Metropolitan New York Area, Inc. (IOREBA) is one of the nation's largest regional organizations, and is the oldest commercial and industrial real estate brokers association in the United States. From an original 33 members in 1927, IOREBA has grown to over 325 members located throughout New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Pennsylvania. The core membership of brokers is joined by associate members from allied fields including developers, architects, lenders, investors, public utilities, and economic development organizations.
